CondoSlate began inside Sanvar, confronting the fragmentation owners and administrators know well: figures in one place, evidence in another, and repeated questions because no one shares the same view.
We built the platform around a simple idea: good management should be provable. That requires a clear operating record, reports that survive the monthly close, and an owner experience that makes the work visible without exposing unnecessary complexity.
