Terms of Service

CondoSlate is a software platform for condominium management companies and their authorized users. Access is subject to the credentials, permissions, and configuration assigned to each account.

Each customer organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it records, for managing its team's access, and for using the platform in accordance with laws and obligations applicable to its operation.

CondoSlate provides operational, financial, document, and communication tools, but it does not replace independent legal, accounting, or professional advice.

Commercial terms, service levels, billing, and cancellation terms applicable to an account may also be set out in that organization's applicable proposal, order, or agreement.
